Where can I find my Unit balance?
If you want to find out how many units you have remaining in your account go to My Account at the top of the page you will see your Membership type: Units and the Account Balance with the number of units remaining.
If you require additional units go to the "Subscribe" page and make your selection.
Can I carry forward my existing units before they expire?
You can carry forward your existing units before they expire by purchasing additional units thereby extending them for a further 90 days.
The "Purchase options" for units or subscription will appear one month prior to your Subscription or Units expiring.
Once you have purchased the "Subscribe" page will contain the details of your subscription or unit purchase including Membership type and dates.
My units have expired during the re-design of the website?
If your units were active prior to the website re-design on March 12, 2007, the units would have been extended automatically for the period when the site was unavailable.
If your Account has units and you are unable to use them Contact us and we will re-activate your account.
