William Southgate

Born to George and Louisa Southgate (nee Brown) at Forest Gate (West Ham), Essex on 17/12 1901. Brother of Louisa, George, Adelaide, James, Ellen, Edwin, and Alice. Married Alice Winifred Andow (1907-1986) on 18/08/1934 at Stowey, Somerset. Father of Gerald (1935-2006), Elizabeth (1941-46), and Janice. My grandfather.
