I am told to subscribe when I click on an image yet I have subscribed?

If you have already subscribed you may need to login as this
 occurs when you are either not logged into the website and you are attempting to view chargeable images and records (prior to login in) or your user session has timed out.

If you have been taken to the Subscription sign-up page simply login as you may be attempting to view chargeable images and records without having logged in.
