The list is continuously expanding and is comprised of ordinary people as well as well known characters including the much loved Charles Dickens who was considered to be the most popular novelist of the Victorian Era.

Perhaps the most famous naturalist in the world.

Charles Robert Darwin was born on 12 February 1809. He was perhaps the worlds best known naturalist who in 1859 published compelling evidence of evolution in his book "On the Origin of Species"

Interestingly he is listed in many of the records on this website including in the Post Office Records
